To apply for a HESCO new connection, both physical or online, you have to fill out the form and submit the required documents.

- Visit the official website of HESCO at http://www.hesco.gov.pk/ and then go to e-service.
- Choose Electricity New Connection (ENC) System from the drop-down menu.
- Or you can directly open the page by clicking on this link: https://enc.com.pk/
- A page showing on this screenshot will be opened.
- Now, click on the Apply icon on the page’s left side.
- A form with four horizontal bars will appear. In the first bar, you will select the distribution company HESCO.
- When you select the category type, a new form according to that category will appear below.
- In the form, you will see sections for Applicant particulars, Contact information, Premises details, and Attachments.
- Fill in the required information in each section.
- At the end, read the terms and conditions, tick I agree, and click on Submit.

Time Duration for New Connection Installation
Connection Installation
After your application enters the system, HESCO will first send its staff for site inspection. After a satisfactory site inspection, your new connection will be installed within 10-14 working days after the site inspection.
Meter Installation and Testing
After 3-5 working days of connection installation, HESCO will install the electricity meter and test the connection.
Connection Activation
After testing the meter, your connection will be activated, and a connection letter will be issued to you.
